No Matter What Roofing & Siding provides professional installation and repair services for roofing, siding, windows, and chimney systems. Because our work involves permanently installed materials and completed labor, all sales are final.

This policy reflects the nature of home improvement services: once materials are cut, installed, and secured to your home, they cannot be returned to inventory or reversed.
"No Matter What" is the name we chose because it reflects how we approach our work — with care, attention to detail, and pride in every project. It is our business name and our way of saying we take what we do seriously.
It is not a formal warranty program. Any concerns about a completed project should be discussed directly with our team. Manufacturer warranties on materials (shingles, siding panels, windows, etc.) are provided by the respective manufacturers and governed by their own terms — we are happy to help you locate that information if needed.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before any materials have been ordered or work has begun. If materials have already been ordered or delivered, the customer may be responsible for restocking fees or the cost of non-returnable materials as outlined in your signed contract. Please contact us as soon as possible if your project plans change.
